Did you hear about the Intern who told his boss he was going to New York because "something came up" and ended up going to a party where he:
1) Dressed as a fairy (wand included)
2) Drank beer
3) Had his picture taken (which went on Facebook).
Oh, and then someone forwarded the picture to his boss and his boss emailed him saying, "nice wand." In other words, he was oh-so-bagged. Here's the post:

So: for our first case study, answer any/all of these questions below:
1) Did the boss act correctly in letting the intern know he knew about the party? Why or why not?
2) Does the intern have a leg to stand on legally in saying his picture was taken out of context and should not affect his employment?
3) How soon will it be before we all have to ask friends at parties where they're posting pictures so we don't face a similar fate?
